Return Policy

We appreciate your support in Dermaly and understand that you are making an investment into your skin by purchasing our products, and for that reason we have created a policy that is balanced, flexible and sensible for both parties.

Due to the nature of the product and to ensure that we continue to provide quality products:

 

In Store Purchases


We Have A 14 Return Policy

Items that qualify for this return, with receipt (for email receipt please bring a copy so that we may reference your purchase):

  • Unopened seal Skin Care, Make Up and Skin Care Formulations (Liquids and Soft Gels) within 14 days of purchase will be eligible for 100% refund of their original purchase price.
  • Opened seal and used skin care, for which we had offered samples, providing it's within 14 days of purchase and less than 50% has been used will be eligible for a refund and are subjected to a 50% restocking fee.
  • Opened seal used skin care, for which we do not offer samples, providing it's within the 14 days of purchase and less than 50% has been used will be eligible for a refund and are subjected to a 15% restocking fee. With the exception of pencil products such as eyeliner or lip liner, pressed powder products such as eyes shadows or blushes and Mascaras, and Skin Care Formulations (Liquids and Soft Gels) due to the fact that we cannot make samples of these items.

 

Items that are not returnable:

  • Trial and Travel Kits
  • Opened Make Up products and Skin Care Formulations (Liquid and Soft Gels)
  • Sale or Clearance items


Refund on Promotional Items:
If you chose to return an item(s) that qualified for a promotion, such as a gift with purchase or discount the value of that promotion will be removed, causing a deduction in the refund amount. If returning an item that qualified you for a "gift with purchase" offer, please return the promotional item as well, to avoid the value of the item being deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items
Eligible for immediate replacement only
 

Online Purchases

Opened cosmeceuticals cannot be returned or refunded unless we made a mistake. Return requests for undamaged and unopened items must be made within 14 days of delivery. Please save the original packaging and product as you may be required to ship it back to us for your credit or refund.
 

Items that are not returnable:

  • Trial and Travel Kits
  • Make Up products and Skin Care Formulations (Liquid and Soft Gels)
  • Sale or Clearance items

Items Exceeding 14 Days
For all returns we receive that exceed the 14 day limit, we reserve the right to deny a refund, to partially refund, or issue store credit, at our discretion.


Shipping Fees
All qualified returns which we do not immediately determine to be a mispack by our staff, or defect/quality related are the client's responsibility to ship back to us. 


Packing a Return
Please pack your item for return mailing carefully if you wish it to arrive in saleable condition, as items like pressed powders can break with impact. Items which arrive back to us broken will be eligible for store credit only per our used product policy, regardless of condition when it left the client.


Before Returning a Product
Please send an email to info@dermaly.com to notify us of your intent to return an item or items. Please include your name, the items you plan to return, and the reason for the return. We will refund all qualifying returns to your credit card or PayPal account within 7 days of receiving your return. Original shipping charges will not be refunded, unless the return is a result of our error, in which case we will email you a return label to print out and use.


Damaged or Defective Item(s)
We will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately (upon arrival to customer), and will cover the cost of shipping the faulty product back to us. Please email customer service as soon as possible at info@dermaly.com or call us at 403-831-8824 in the event you receive damaged or incorrect products.
 

Cancellations
Once an order has been processed through our website, we are unable to cancel orders. Should you no longer wish to receive your order, please contact us at info@dermaly.com . Your order will be treated as a return, subject to the return policy stated above, including the potential delay in processing. If the order has not been shipped, we will also refund any shipping charges. If the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the package to us, as with any return.
