Canada Shipping Terms

- Free Expedited shipping on orders of $100 CAD or more (before taxes and shipping) in Canada excluding remote & difficult to serve locations
- Orders below $100 are subject to a $20.00 expedited shipping fee.
- $45 Priority shipping is available in Canada, excluding remote and difficult to serve locations
- All orders includes a tracking number

International Shipping Terms (United States)

- All orders require 1-3 business days of processing time unless otherwise noted on the product page.
- Standard shipping rate only (4-7 business days)

- Flat shipping fee $45.00 CAD on all United States orders
- All custom charges are responsibility of customer
- All orders includes a tracking number

Processing Time

All orders require 1-3 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping. Shipping time quoted in checkout does not include processing time. 


Dermaly provides two shipping options within Canada - Expedited Shipping & Priority Shipping. Please note that whether you choose Expedited Shipping or Priority Shipping, your order will be subject to 1-3 business days of processing time in our warehouse before it ships.

Expedited Shipping  (2-7 days)

Our Expedited Shipping is free in Canada (excluding remote & difficult to serve locations) when your order value is over $50.00. Orders below $50.00 are subject to a $20.00 shipping fee. Dermaly ships using Canada Post Only. 

Priority Shipping  (1-2 days)

Priority Shipping is a premium service available to orders shipping in Canada (excluding remote & difficult to serve locations) that is provided by Canada Post. After leaving our warehouse, Canada Post will prioritize your package and work to deliver it as quickly as possible.



Due to the nature of the products and to guarantee quality, any returns or discrepancies must be reported within 7 days upon receiving the order.  Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable and non-exchangeable are not within our return guidelines. We are currently unable to accept returns from US locations.

If you would like to make a return request, please email with your order number (as quoted in the subject line of your "Order Confirmation" email), the item(s) that you would like to return, and the reason for the return. One of our Customer Care team members will reach out to you as soon as possible with the next steps! Returned items will only be accepted after they are approved.


Approved Return Products

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit or exchange, you will be responsible for any new shipping charges.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please use trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item nor are we responsible for ensuring your shipped items.


Out of Stock/Back Order Items

If we expect the out-of-stock item(s) to arrive within 3 business days, we will hold your entire order to allow that item to come into stock before shipping your order. If the out-of-stock item(s) is not expected to arrive within 3 business days, all remaining items in your order will ship immediately without the out-of-stock item(s).

This creates a back-order. As soon as the back-ordered item(s) arrive into stock again, we will ship it to you automatically with FREE ground shipping, and send you an email to let you know that your back-ordered item(s) has shipped. Due to the cost of shipping, orders outside of the continental US cannot be shipped for free (this includes orders from Alaska). We will refund your credit card the price of these items.


Non Delivered Orders

Our shipping provider will provide notice in your track history for “Attempted Delivery”. To ensure you receive your order, it is critical to provide the correct shipping address, email and contact number when placing your order.

Canada Post will hold non delivered parcel(s) at their facility for only a certain amount of days before automatically shipping it back to our warehouse.

In order to reship a returned non-delivered parcel, a $30 fee will be applied to allow us to re-send your order.
