COVID-19 PROTOCOL

APPOINTMENT PREPARATIONS:
 

• Once the appointment date is set, PLEASE BE EARLY FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT.
  Our 10 minute policy will be VERY STRICT.
  (If you are later than 10 minutes= no show and appointment will be charged cancellation fee). We want you to be prepared for all the new steps before your service is done.
• OUR WAITING AREA WILL BE CLOSED: When you arrive, stay in your car, or remain outside (practice social distancing) until we call you to come in.
• Please come to your appointment alone unless we need a guardians’ consent.
  No guests, pets, foods/drinks
• Please minimize what you bring into the store
  ie.one purse, one jacket/blanket, new face mask)
• A COVID-19 Consent form must be completed prior to service
• For first time visitors, a Skin Discovery Consultation Form must be completed prior to service
• A mandatory temperature check will be done at the door
• Phone should not be used during services, please put on silent and ensure all alarms are off
• Electronic Payment is preferred.

PRECAUTIONS WE ARE TAKING:
 

• Hands will be washed frequently, especially in between clients
• Service and surface areas will be disinfected after each client
  (bed/chair, machines, tools, service car, face shields)
• Technicians will be using nitrile gloves, masks, face shields and uniforms to protect themselves
• Common areas will be sanitized frequently, especially bathroom and door handles
• PreEmpt C20, Barbacide, Hand Sanitizer and Soap will be used to sanitize and/or disinfect surfaces.
• Limited amount of people in the shop at all times; there will only be one client and technician in the treatment room. When you arrive, we will be going straight to the treatment room to prepare.
• Client’s personal belongings will be placed in a bag

FACIAL PROTOCOL:
 

• Implements will be cleaned, disinfected in PreEmpt , Barbacide, soap and alcohol
• During consultation/education technician and client will wear a mask
• Disposables will be used during each session: Gauze, nitrile gloves, disposable bed sheets.
